A talk about errors and failure at the GULP ProMaDays 2018 in Hamburg

Two of my all-time favorite topics are the tools that make us think, and how they can make us err from time to time.

So, when GULP approached me to talk about mistakes, dumb and intelligent (and how to avoid the first in order to make more of the latter) on their Project Management Days, how could I refuse?

I had so much fun talking about why Sokrates is a philosopher even though it is not true that all hamsters are philosophers, or why it is very unlikely that Nicolas Cage is responsible for swimming pool accidents, even though it looks that way.

Many thanks to GULP for the opportunity, and the crowd for the attendance and the excellent questions!
