Conversational interfaces are unique in a couple of ways, and create new challenges for organisations. When building a chatbot, you need to re-think the way your digital offerings - from customer support to e-commerce - behave and interface with each other. I had the opportunity to support an agile team creating a chatbot at a major austrian Telco as a scrum master, coach and agile facilitator for over half a year.
