Let's be Fwends #156:

On Sleep

"Why are the drunken more easily moved to tears?"

~Aristotle, Problemata

Hey and welcome to Let's be Fwends #156. I came down with a nasty bug so I'm afraid this is going to be a short one.

On Sleep

I've been telling you: Rest is important!

Here's an article in Nature on sleep, and how it is not just a vital activity for the brain, but the body as a whole.

13 Animals Made From 13 Cycles

This one really aged well. 9 years ago, taking inspiration from Twitter's logo redesign, Dorota Pankowska created 13 Animals our of 13 perfect cycles.

Let's Be Fwends From The Past

Let's be Fwends #83, published on 2021-04-24, looked at doing Agile without being agile, a thing that is depressingly common today as well.

And one year ago, in Let's be Fwends #131, we talked about the idea of Exit Criteria: To stop doing something once you've created a certain outcome, not when a deadline has arrived.

That's it from this edition of Let's be Fwends. A bit late, but still on time. 💪
